Spam from Zoominfo and Jigsaw, Omni Channel and more

We’ve been seeing a lot of spam lately from indexing sites like Zoominfo, Jigsaw, Omni Channel (zoominfo.com/zoominfo.biz, jigsaw.com, omni-channel.com, etc.)

These spams tell you that they have indexed you (whether you like it or not), but that you can update the information about you which they have indexed.

You can supposedly have your personal information removed from these databases. However, since it was indexed in the first place without your consent, it’s not likely that these companies will suddenly start caring what you think if you want your information removed.

– from Omni Channel:

Through these partnerships, you may be provided relevant product and services offerings that may be of interest to you and your company and business contact information may be made available to other businesses to facilitate this.
