B2B spam selling crappy B2B e-mail lists from the India-based Data Champions / Sloan Marketing and similar groups use so many fake company names and sender names for their spam.
A lot of the recent spam in this group is signed by a non-existent company called “Accurate Prospect” or “Accurateprospects Inc,” usually with an address in Folsom, California. But sometimes they call it “Initiate Venture LLC,” “Data Services Inc.,” “Email Bridge Inc.,” or something else.
The address used is really only a rented mailbox, not an office address: 1024 Iron Point Road Folsom, California 95630. The phone number in these spams is commonly 800 305 1062. They also use a mailbox in the UK, which they also try to pass off as an office address: 60 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6NP.
Other possible mailbox addresses and phone numbers used in these spam / scam emails include several in Texas (for example, 9404 Business Drive, Austin, TX 78758, 800 325 7831), a couple in New York City (28 9th Broadway, New York 10003 Ph: 800-325-7831; and 100 Church Street, 7th Floor, New York City, 10007, 800-316-0891), and many more!
There is no real “Accurate Prospects” company or web site, so they use any means possible, and as many identities as possible, to get their spam out there, including AOL and Google.
